Postage
Postage is Royal Mail recorded signed for, chargeable at the relevant rate in the mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

If your order is for £15 or more and you live locally, we can deliver free of charge and accept payment on delivery. Click here to find out full details. 

We only sell items that we have in stock, so we send orders out within 24 hours of receiving payment. Where our stock levels are incorrect we will contact you to agree a substitution or refund.

Minimum Orders
We do not have a minimum order.

Cancellations & Returns
If your goods have been dispatched you are responsible for any carriage costs incurred. You are also responsible for the cancelled goods until they are received by us, so please choose a responsible courier to return the goods on your behalf.

We will refund the cost of the returned items once they are received and checked by us. Your money will be returned to you as soon as possible, using the method you used to pay us. In some circumstances please allow up to two working weeks from receipt of goods.

Product Replacements or Substitutions
In most cases we will be able to provide you with all of the products you have ordered. However sometimes we are not able to provide all products as ordered due to lack of stock, materials or any other elements required in production.

In this case we will get in touch with you to ask which substiution we can make for you.

Note that if we have made a mistake on your order – our absolute commitment to you is that we will be responsible for all actions and all the costs necessary, to make everything right.
